Smashing Pumpkins

Went to the launch party for Guitar Hero.. Apparently Guitar Hero and Rock Band sells so many units that some bands are putting out songs on the games first as a single and some bands are making songs exclusively for these games, wowsers… Point of reference is getting more and more on a tangent.. Kids might grow up one day wanting to cut a song for a video game rather than to play gigs..

With Halloween around the corner The Smashing Pumpkins performed at the Guitar Hero launch party.  They played songs from their new album and they also have a new song in the Guitar Hero game..

It was sad to see Billy the only OG member of smashed pumpkin playing with the new smashing pumpkins..
